Delivering a Multi-Floor Commercial Office Refurbishment Through Technical Coordination

Harvey Electrical was appointed by Enenco Ltd to deliver the complete electrical installation as part of the refurbishment of Threefield House, Southampton, on behalf of long-standing client Arena Offices.

The project formed part of Arena Offices' continued investment in upgrading its commercial property portfolio, transforming an existing office building into a modern, flexible workspace capable of supporting a diverse range of business occupiers.

Working collaboratively with the wider project team, Harvey Electrical delivered a coordinated electrical installation across multiple floors, supporting the refurbishment from design development through to commissioning and handover.

The Challenge
